If you’re ready to learn how to relate to your physical condition in a different way, so that it no longer controls you and stops you from enjoying life, then this course could be for you.
Over eight weekly session in a friendly group plus daily home practice you will learn skills to help you live well no matter what your body throws at you.
Mindful Self-Compassion
Are you often critical and hard on yourself?
Would you like to treat yourself with more kindness?
This group course will teach you how to respond to difficult thoughts and feelings with kindness, sympathy and understanding so you can soothe and comfort yourself when you’re hurting.

Each of my mindfulness courses can also be delivered in a one-to-one format. Joining from the comfort of your own home, you’ll meet with Sally for an hour each week on Zoom, at a time to suit you.
We’ll cover the same core concepts and practices as the group courses, with time to share how your personal practice is going, and to get personalised feedback and encouragement.
